The web pages available at or through (collectively, the “Site”), are owned and operated by Mocko Consulting, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Colorado (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following Privacy Policy describes the way the Company collects, gathers, uses, and manages certain information provided by users and visitors to the Site. We will comply with this Privacy Policy, as well as applicable privacy laws, when we collect or use information provided by you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide you with notice of any updates or changes by posting such notice on this page and/or elsewhere on the Site. Amendments to the Privacy Policy are effective upon acceptance for new users and ten (10) days after posting for existing users. You are responsible for reading the Privacy Policy and familiarizing yourself with its terms, and for checking the Site periodically for updates to the Privacy Policy.   1. Collecting Information. When you use the Site or Service, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information (“User Information”). This may happen, for example, if you opt in for the Company’s email newsletter, sign up for a free trial, or purchase the products offered by us.

Payment for those fees are processed by third party payment processors such as PayPal. We may retain records of denied and successful payment transactions, but we do not collect or store any payment or credit card information on our servers.

We generally use the User Information so we can contact you about your User Account, keep you updated on information or news about the Company, services we provide, or industry-related news.   • Company Matters. Should the Company be involved in a merger, sale, acquisition, or other form of transfer or sale of all or some of its business, including without limitation bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, we may need to share, disclose, or transfer your User Information as appropriate and reasonably necessary.


  1. The Site and Services are not intended to be used by minors. We will never knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Site or Services or contribute any information to us.


  1. The Company, Third Party Sites, and other third party service providers may implement cookies or web beacons when you visit the Site. We use cookies to connect your activity on the Site with other information about you so we can provide personalized features and deliver customized content, advertising, and other services.   1. Changes to User Account & Opting Out. You can view and change most of your User Information by logging into your User Account, if you have created one. You are responsible for keeping your User Information up-to-date. You can close your User Account at any time by following the cancellation procedure in your User Account. You can also opt out of any email marketing or newsletter mailing lists by sending a written request or utilizing the “Unsubscribe” function contained in the emails. We may retain certain User Information after you opt out or delete your User Account in order to comply with state, federal, or other laws or regulations, prevent fraud, collect payment of fees owed, assist with any investigations, enforce the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, and for purposes otherwise permitted by law.


  1. Storage & Security. We store your User Information on our servers located in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect the information that you share with us to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, or interception. Despite our best efforts to protect the security of your User Information, third parties may nevertheless unlawfully intercept, access, transmit, or disclose User Information, private communications between you and us or other users, and those third parties may abuse or misuse such information.
